On July 14, 2016, Mr [redacted] brought in his Mitsubishi Lancer for an emission test and clutch We are a state of Wisconsin emission testing station so I performed the emission test and he failed the test and had a check engine light on I have attached a copy of the test The test shows he has two codes set, one for a system too lean (bank 1) and Manufacturer code I am not sure if this could have been the reason his vehicle die or notBut we did nothing to the engine area of the vehicle On July 15th 2016, We replaced his clutch assemblyWe did have to disconnect his transmission from the clutch and flywheel, But the exhaust is attached to the engine on this car it and did not need to be removedWe took the flywheel to be resurfaced and replaced the clutch We reattached the transmission and checked all adjustments Our technician took this vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was in working order There is construction on our street to the north and Mr [redacted] vehicle has a lowering package on his vehicle so our technician went to the south about miles and then came back About half hour after Mr [redacted] picked up his vehicle, Mr [redacted] called and was very upset and agitated he stated that his exhaust fell out pulling out of our drivewayI asked him if he was still outside of our business and he said no I placed him on hold and went to see if our technician was still here because we were closed by the time Mr [redacted] call and the owner was on vacation Our technician spoke to Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] accused him of not reattaching the exhaust properly Our Technician informed Mr [redacted] that he did not disconnect the exhaust to replace the clutch, then Mr [redacted] accused him of hitting something when he took the vehicle for a test drive Our Technician said he did not hit anything and when Mr [redacted] told him he was lying he said how do we know that Mr [redacted] s did not hit something We are by no means accusing Mr [redacted] of lying about his exhaust falling, we did not touch his exhaust to do the clutch If Mr [redacted] s would have come right back in we would have looked at it but by the time he called we were closingAs far as his vehicle stalling in the intersection I am not sure what caused that we did not do any work on the engine or wiring But as I stated earlier when I did the emissions test he did have a check engine light on and failed the test.If Mr [redacted] s would like to call and speak to the owner, Mr Gutknecht about this mater he can call him at 414-761-but I believe that what happened was not a result of any work we did to Mr [redacted] 's vehicle.Sincerely, [redacted] Oak Creek Automotive

Tell us why here...On January 18, Mr***’s vehicle was towed in to us for a check engine light. The tow truck dropped the vehicle in the wrong parking lot, so *** moved the vehicle. The tow truck driver had left the keys in the vehicle and when our owner moved the vehicle
the key would not come out. We assumed that the customer new about this problem because it was towed in to us like this. That evening the vehicle was parked in the building, so it would not be stolen. On January 15th, we checked out the vehicle and called Mr*** with an estimate. He said he had to come up with the money and left his vehicle with us until he had the money. Every day we pulled the vehicle out and every evening, we pulled it back into the building. After Mr*** called and gave us the okay we worked on this vehicle. He came to pick it up on Monday February 5, to pick up his vehicle at closing time. We had his vehicle parked outside because he said he was coming to get it. On the morning of February 6, 2018, Mr*** came to Oak Creek Automotive minutes before we opened pounding on the door.He was very upset about his key and said that we broke his ignition and damaged his shifter. I was explained that I was the only one here and I am not a technician, he left and came back and spoke to our owner, he explained that the key has been stuck in the ignition since the vehicle came here. Mr*** then said the tow truck driver must have broken it and since he towed it here is was our fault. We do not own the towing company, so our owner called the towing company and the said they had a recording of Mr*** saying the key is in the vehicle when they picked the vehicle up. We are sorry Mr*** is having a problem with his vehicle, but we did not cause this problem

On July 14, 2016, Mr [redacted] brought in his 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer for an emission test and clutch.  We are a state of Wisconsin emission testing station so I performed the emission test and he failed the test and had a check engine light on.  I have attached a copy of the test....

The test shows he has two codes set, one for a system too lean (bank 1) and Manufacturer code.  I am not sure if this could have been the reason his vehicle die or not. But we did nothing to the engine area of the vehicle.  On July 15th 2016, We replaced his clutch assembly. We did have to disconnect his transmission from the clutch and flywheel, But the exhaust is attached to the engine on this car it and did not need to be removed. We took the flywheel to be resurfaced and replaced the clutch.  We reattached the transmission and checked all adjustments.   Our technician  took this vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was in working order.  There is construction on our street to the north and Mr [redacted] vehicle has a lowering package on his vehicle so our technician went to the south about 3 miles and then came back.  About half hour after Mr [redacted] picked up his vehicle, Mr [redacted] called and was very upset and agitated he stated that his exhaust fell out pulling out of our driveway. I asked him if he was still outside of our business and he said no.  I placed him on hold and went to see if our technician was still here because we were closed by the time Mr [redacted] call and the owner was on vacation.  Our technician spoke to Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] accused him of not reattaching the exhaust properly.  Our Technician informed Mr [redacted] that he did not disconnect the exhaust to replace the clutch, then Mr [redacted] accused him of hitting something when he took the vehicle for a test drive.  Our Technician said he did not hit anything and when Mr [redacted] told him he was lying  he said how do we know that Mr [redacted]s did not hit something.  We are by no means accusing Mr [redacted] of lying about his exhaust falling, we did not touch his exhaust to do the clutch.  If Mr [redacted]s would have come right back in we would have looked at it but by the time he called we were closing. As far as his vehicle stalling in the intersection I am not sure what caused that we did not do any work on the engine or wiring.  But as I stated earlier when I did the emissions test he did have a check engine light on and failed the test.If Mr [redacted]s would like to call and speak to the owner, Mr Gutknecht about this mater he can call him at 414-761-3250 but I believe that what happened was not a result of any work we did to Mr [redacted]'s vehicle.Sincerely, [redacted]Oak Creek Automotive.
