I was very impressed by the amount of knowledge Jim had about drainage and concrete retaining walls. I had several licensed contractors come to my home, and Jim from Oak Creek Construction, is the only contractor who stated the problem exactly. He provided options, suggestions, and complete explanations of all work needing to be done. Very honest, and I am very impressed!

Review: On April 22, 2014 you presented me with a proposal for the demolition of a redwood deck and installation of stamped concrete for approximately 3,000 square feet. you actually were supposed to be at the house on the morning of April 17 to start the demolition with the pour taking place on April 18 and your two co-workers worked for two hours to remove the redwood deck. You finally showed back up on April 22 with one co-worker to semi-finish the demolition. At that time you presented me with a "proposal" that the entire fee be paid was $3,015.00 for demolition and concrete. You requested $1000.00 to start the job. I paid you the $1000.00, check #[redacted], per your request. You told me at that time you were sending another old friend, [redacted], to follow up with completing the job. [redacted] came to the house on April 23 to review the job and said he would be back Thursday morning, April 24 to start the job. [redacted] did not show up.

Since that time I have tried getting a hold of you and/or [redacted] to find out when the project would be completed. I left over 20 voicemail messages, text messages, and e-mailed both of you. I finally heard from [redacted] on April 30 saying he had told you he would not be doing the job for you. I still have not heard back from you.Desired Settlement: YOU DID NOT COMPLETE THE DEMOLITION JOB as you did not remove the 25 cement pilings and you were therefor overpaid. I am demanding that you that you reimburse me $500.00 of the $1000.00 paid. In addition, I do not want to have you complete this job
