Review: The plumber stated he was unable to clear the plugged drain with a drum trap so he stated it would cost 634.59 to replace the pipe to existing stack. I believed he had done the job properly and replaced the stack pipe as he stated and billed me for. Recently, the drain got clogged in our main and I had a Master Plumber come to fix it. While he was here, out of curiosity I asked him if any pipes to the main stack had been replaced and he stated nothing had ever been replaced that all the piping was the original piping. He stated the job the plumber had done should have been a $150.00 job not $694.00. When I contacted [redacted] he made excuses for his plumber and said he would have to research it further. Poor customer service on the part of [redacted]. He never even apologized for my inconvenience or said he would resolve the problem for me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund because they did not do the work they said they would and I believed I was deceived due to the fact that I do not know enough about plumbing to determine if he was telling me the truth. I don't think it is good business practices to think you can get away with pulling the wool over someone's eyes just because they lack knowledge in your area of expertise. Deception is just bad business.

I am writing in response to Mrs. [redacted] complaint dated 11/1/13. As Mrs. [redacted] states in her desired settlement "deception is just bad business" I could not agree with her more. We have been in business for over 40 years and take our reputation very seriously. We do approximately 2000 service calls a year and if deception was part of our business model I am sure we would not receive a A+ rating from the Revdex.com year after year. I am not saying we are perfect and we have never had any communication issues but these are the exception not the rule. I did miss the opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience that Mrs. [redacted] did have in this matter and I would like to say I am sorry for this.

I am sure we can come to a resolution that would be in Mrs. [redacted] best interest. I am in a tough position with this situation. If we refund all of the invoice amount back we would in essence claiming guilt in this matter. If we don't give any refund back we would in essence be calling Mrs. [redacted] a liar which I believe is not to be true. As stated earlier we hold our reputation standard very high and if our employee knowingly miss led Mrs. [redacted] we will proceed with disciplinary or dismissal action with this individual. With-out claiming guilt I would like to refund Mrs. [redacted] full invoice amount of $694.09 all I ask is if she could have her Master Plumber contact me or if it would work better I can contact him. I would like to know what he saw and what his thoughts are so we can learn from this event and not to duplicate it. Hope all this makes sense. I can be reached at ###-###-#### or email [redacted]

Mike M was very professional and did a very good job.

Service was very prompt and courteous. [redacted] was very knowledgeable
and extremely friendly. This was a one year old Moen faucet purchased from
Home Depot that was always extremely hard to move the spout back and forth.
Upon disassembly it was discovered that one of the three factory installed o'rings on the cartridge was to large causing the binding. [redacted] installed the
proper size and it works perfect. Of course I could have called Moen and they
would mail me the right one for free that I would get in about a week. Ya right!
The call to Oak Creek Plumbing was worth every penny. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any kind of plumbing service. Thanks.

Oak Creek Plumbing has been our plumber for about 12 yrs. now & Ed D. usually handles the calls. He knows our house & can expeditiously make any needed repairs. Also use twice a year maintenance service to try to prevent emergencies.
The scheduling staff (Flo) & other office personnel are easy to work with & help to arrange the appointment as soon as possible.
