Here is my short response for the complaint against me from [redacted] I will be out of town for the next week but, I'd like to give my side of the story within the seven days that your letter requested. Some time in the first week of October my Activity Director [redacted] came into my office and was telling me of all the entertainment she wanted to book I just took over the business so I'm setting up budgets and doing a large remodel project I said let's hold off a month or so and I will give her a budget I do remember telling her to see if he (Kip) could come in NovemberAt this point I had no idea that she had a date that was setLater that week she had said that he was very upset and I believe showed me a very irate email (I will get a copy if needed) So I sent him an email apologizing for the mix up He replied and said he sent some material in the mail So I waited till it came in the mail After receiving his "Material" there was no way I'd feel comfortable having this man in my building with my residents The following was my response: ***,I received your packet in the mail Quite the over reaction At this point, I respect your statement that you will never do business with us*** Had he not overreacted in the first place and allowed for us to delay the show a few weeks I would have allowed him to come inAny further questions please let me know When I get back I'll need a little time but I'll copy all of the emails and his "Material" and get that to youThanks, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr [redacted] makes a nice "shirt and tie" response to make him look reasonable, professional, and the good guyWhat he does NOT tell you is that he sent his agent to look into bookings, and she made many He not only admits she made mine, which he does not contest, but he writes to me (copies available) that she made many and he cancelled them all, regardless of conditions While he also tells you he just stepped in, he has been in place for over months, and worked there a long while prior (and is a family business) - so he is not only not new to it, but VERY familiar More, is that Mr [redacted] completely misrepresents his conversation with his agent here, to ask for my availability in November Then, he proceeds to cement his position by making me as some sort of dangerous person to his residents, over a reputation and status for which he has no clue or experience, and then aims to demean and slander. This, is unacceptable, and he is heading toward nothing good! It is a mere $matter that he has escalated to more, and instead of resolve it, he continues to badger and disregard For shame!!! Regards, [redacted]

Here is my short response for the complaint against me from [redacted].  I will be out of town for the next week but, I'd like to give my side of the story within the seven days that your letter requested. Some time in the first week of October my Activity Director [redacted] came...

into my office and was telling me of all the entertainment she wanted to book.  I just took over the business so I'm setting up budgets and doing a large remodel project.  I said let's hold off a month or so and I will give her a budget.  I do remember telling her to see if he (Kip) could come in November. At this point I had no idea that she had a date that was set. Later that week she had said that he was very upset and I believe showed me a very irate email.  (I will get a copy if needed)  So I sent him an email apologizing for the mix up.  He replied and said he sent some material in the mail.  So I waited till it came in the mail.  After receiving his "Material" there was no way I'd feel comfortable having this man in my building with my residents.  The following was my response: [redacted],I received your packet in the mail.  Quite the over reaction.  At this point, I respect your statement that you will never do business with us. [redacted] Had he not overreacted in the first place and allowed for us to delay the show a few weeks I would have allowed him to come in. Any further questions please let me know.  When I get back I'll need a little time but I'll copy all of the emails and his "Material" and get that to you. Thanks,[redacted]

What he does NOT tell you is that he sent his agent to look into bookings, and she made many.  He not only admits she made mine, which he does not contest, but he writes to me (copies available) that she made many and he cancelled them all, regardless of conditions.  While he also tells you he just stepped in, he has been in place for over 5 months, and worked there a long while prior (and is a family business) - so he is not only not new to it, but VERY familiar.  More, is that Mr. [redacted] completely misrepresents his conversation with his agent here, to ask for my availability in November.  Then, he proceeds to cement his position by making me as some sort of dangerous person to his residents, over a reputation and status for which he has no clue or experience, and then aims to demean and slander. This, is unacceptable, and he is heading toward nothing good!  It is a mere $125 matter that he has escalated to more, and instead of resolve it, he continues to badger and disregard.  For shame!!!
