This applicant has been in the process of leasing since August She applied, selected a location, and was approved Then she changed her move in date She was assigned a new location and move in date and was called several times without any response, so she was put on a waiting list until further instructions from her Our application states you have hours to change your mind after you applyFees are not refundable after you have been approved as is stated on the application After several attempts to reach her, she was put in a pending file Everyone in the office handles leasing and no one is referred to anyone else when they need to talk about leasing When she cancelled and wanted her fee refunded, I called and left a message on both numbers provided without a call back until several days later Our application states "Once approved, if I fail to take possession of the apartment, the administration fee will be forfeited" When an applicant cannot be reached or does not return calls, the application is pending When an applicant is ready to select a new move in date, there are no new fees, as the fees have already been paid Our attempts to reach her were not successful many times All she had to do was return our call in order to be reassigned to the new location and move in dateShe chose instead to find a different apartment and then expect to get a refund Several weeks of not being able to reach her, was the only reason she could not be reassigned to an apartment in a timely manner and the application went into a pending file [redacted] Property Manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The information provided is incorrect several calls where made to the property each time a voicemail was left and I requested to speak with the representative who originally left the voicemail as [redacted] was rude and unprofessional it was not until I called recently that I received a call back and ran into this problem I also requested the property manager name and number and was hung up on by [redacted] because she stated I was "talking at her" when I asked for a signed copy of my application where they stated the hr policy is listed I was told no Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The information provided is incorrect several calls where made to the property each time a voicemail was left and I requested to speak with the representative who originally left the voicemail as [redacted] was rude and unprofessional it was not until I called recently that I received a call back and ran into this problem.  I also requested the property manager name and number and was hung up on by [redacted] because she stated I was "talking  at her" when I asked for a signed copy of my application where they stated the 72 hr policy is listed I was told no.
