Quoted price for dry cleaning shirts not honored and rude customer serviceI dropped of two shirts to be cleaned; one for dry cleaning and one for laundry. Ask the price for each type of service and quoted a price . When I went to pick up shirts they charged me almost double for the dry cleaning on the shirt and correct price on laundered shirt. When I questioned the price on dry cleaning they said it was because it was only one shirt therefore more. I was not advised of this and not what was quoted at time of drop off. Oriental lady at window says that is what price is. Ask for supervisor or manager and an older oriental woman ( Ms. Young I presume) came to window to say same thing. When I advised her about quote she said it was a mistake and I had to pay the increased price. I advised she should honor her employees quote irregardless as she could be losing a customer that uses them every week and she responds "okay goodbye ". Extremely condescending and rude.Desired Settlementrefund the to the correct quoted priceBusiness Response The custormer said he dropd off one dry cleaning and one laundry shirts. He paid one dry cleaning and one laundry shirts price.that is our price.he is talking about the custormer service, but he is the one yelling at my cashier and me first.he paid what he has to.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)First of all I was not yelling at either one of them and I have two witnesses that were in car at time who can confirm that fact. I did elevate my voice in response to the cashier"s initial refusal to allow me to speak with the manager. That emphasis finally led to her providing the manager who was uncaring about the issue and could not be bothered with her response of goodbye when I stated she was about to lose a customer. We have now found a more professional and customer oriented dry cleaner.

I went to this business to have some laundry cleaned. The initial worker gave me a price for all of my clothes before I left and I agreed upon it. Today I went to pick up my laundry and it increased from $12 to $28.50. They wrote on my ticket stating that let her know her shirts were more! I complained stating that you all should have called me and let me know. The associate called her boss attempting to get the price adjusted but instead she drove up to the store. When she came into the store she immediately acted in an aggressive manner. She stated that I was lying about the price and she know all the other dry cleaners and they charge the same thing. I informed her that I have done business around in Memphis and has never paid $30 for four pieces of clothes. This lady was absolutely hostile and as a manager had no customer service and spoke to me in a very horrible way. I asked her to change the price because if they knew the shirts were more they should have contacted me but instead went on ahead with the service and now speaks to me in this very disrespectful way as a customer. I would suggest that no one does business with them and the owner should be put out of business. She was cutting me off, putting her hand up in my face, and screaming at me for disputing the price.Product_Or_Service: Dry cleaning Desired SettlementI want to be charged the original price I was quoted for and an apology from the owner for her hostile and disrespectful tone.

They put a hole in a pair of slacks and said it was that way from me. They always marked incoming clothing with "issues" and mine had none! From a dry cleaning and laundry perspective they are pretty decent. However, if anything goes wrong with your clothing they WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. They put a hole in a pair of my slacks and blamed me and would NOT make it right. They would always go over the clothing when you drop it off and would make note of any special stains, tears, holes, etc. There were no remarks on my cloths and I know there was nothing wrong when I took them in. Desired SettlementI initially wanted them to replace my slacks (approximately $125) and refund the cleaning bill. They were not willing to do either. At this point I'm not looking for any settlement but I do want others to be made aware of the way they treat their customers.

Two casual pant suits and a top were damaged; they were washed instead of dry cleaned as described on the inside label of each. Additionally, the tag placed on each was for DRY CLEANING but obviously were not.The pants are tight, short and faded. The jacket sleeves have shrunk and are far above my wrist and almost 3/4 length. The pink outfit material has a strange, non-smooth texture which again proves that it has been washed instead of dry cleaned. The brown wood shell has a "fuzzy" texture, shrank and obviously has been washed as well.Product_Or_Service: **. [redacted]Desired SettlementAll garments are **.[redacted] which is an expensive brand.I am requesting the reasonable amount of 75% of the value of each garment. The money would be used to send each garment to the **. [redacted] home office in [redacted] and pay for restoration of each.
