They lied and didn't fix the mistake. I've been a patient there for years. I pay for dental coverage and expect to receive the covered services. They always send the bill directly to the insurance company. On September 3, 2015, they asked me to send the bill in myself which I never did before. They either coded it wrong or committed an intentional fraud. In any event, they refused to accept responsibility for their actions and wouldn't resolve the issue. They are not professional and reasonable business people.
They need to repay me for their intentional fraud and/or error.
