this is an inaccurate account of events. The person stated above had the abilty to agree with the price or decide to do...
an assumption on his loan. He lived in the home for 8 months. it is our practice to repaint homes between buyers. The whole home was indeed painted. The amount stated is the amount of materials needed, as well as labor. We only charge what it costs us. The home also had to have a detail clean, including the appliances that were none too clean. $65.00 is more than fair. The loan company he received his loan through is the only one that could give him information on buying out of the loan. The community does not have that ability what so ever. I would say that this complaint is untruthful, exaggerated, and unfair.
