Oak Hill Driving Academy

Review: I contacted Maryellen the owner of oak hill driving academy in regards to my 18 year old daughter [redacted] taking driving lessons through her driving school. Maryellen scheduled her for her lesson 1st lesson the first week of July. 2nd lesson on the 10th of July and she scheduled her drivers test date for the July 31st . On the 2nd driving session July 10th she called and asked if she could come early she had time for her then so [redacted] went 2 hours earlier then during that session Maryellen was involved in an accident with my daughter she said the accident was not [redacted]'s fault. Never gave [redacted] any information- persons name insurance info nothing. She was told to sit in the car. She also stated [redacted] was not a fault and this should not affect her. She came to pick [redacted] up the day for testing and spoke with me never said she was going to with hold [redacted] certificate to recieve for her car insurance which is why we signed her up for drivers-Ed the safe driver discounts. I have tried several times to contact her she was paid $45.00 per hour for 6 hours total of $270.00. I would like what I paid for which is the certificate or be reimbursed the $270.00 so [redacted] can take driving lessons through a reputable driving school. I was told 6 hours and she would receive her certificate. She recieved nothing. Without out the certificate that we paid for she will now have to pay higher care insurance that will affect her for many years.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve [redacted]'s certificate for drivers-Ed which we paid for or be reimbursed for the lesson so she can take lesson through a safe reputable drivers-Ed company.
