Business states that they apologize for the delay. The monument is is pretty much completed, it just needs to be set. Business plans on setting it by the end of the week. Business will send the consumer a picture once everything is done.
Review: I paid for a Cemetery marker for [redacted] on June 24th, 2013 in the amount of $375. It has not been installed.
I have called Rich Brownville numerous times regarding this issue. Many calls have been ignored. The last time I called he said it would be any day now. However, he never gives me a reason for this delay and no explanation whatsoever about when it will be installed. I paid for this on June 24th - it is not almost three months later and no action has been taken. Desired Settlement: If the marker cannot be installed within one week, I want my money refunded OR I want proof that action has been taken, the marker has been ordered and an explanation about why this has not been done months ago. At least, I want returned phone calls!!!

Business called and stated that the marker went on the head stone. I would like to close the complaint.
Review: My husband and I ordered a cemetery monument in August of 2014. We paid one half of the fee to [redacted], owner of Oak Hill Monument Sales with the agreement that we would forward the balance upon completion of the monument. Even after numerous phone calls to Mr. [redacted], and empty promises that the item would be finished, the monument is still not completed. Now, we are unable to get through on the phone number we had for him. It is now, January of 2015, and we have yet to have this completed. We would like the monument either completed now, or, have him return our money so we can have someone else make it for us.Desired Settlement: We would really like to have this monument completed, but is seems as though Mr. [redacted] has no intention of fulfilling his obligation. Therefore, we would request that we be refunded of our initial down-payment of $275.00 now. Thank you.
