Oak Leaf Vineyards

I have been purchasing oak leaf Cabernet Sauvignon for 2 years now.
I usually buy bottles, but for parties I have bought boxed for convenience. I purchased a bad box..tasted old or musty. Took it back to Walmart for A Exchange and Walmart would not exchange or refund the $12 that I paid for the box wine. Very unhappy and would like for Oak Leaf to be aware of and make a refund or somehow making this right !

Purchase the Merlot boxed all the time. Spout is usually defective. Wine goes all over, everywhere. the Spout seems to rip off its groves. I have to drain into a container, but lose have the box. Why is there no customer service address or phone number. I saved the box UPC , best buy date and spout to send for review and replacement.

Review: I purchased their product only to open and find mildew and dirt covering the spout and product containment. I did make an attempt to contact the CS department but have received no response, it has been 72 hours since my attempt to reach out.Desired Settlement: I'd like them to investigate this matter as I grow concerned with the consumption, I have made, with this product which normally one would not see only due to massive growth did I see this health hazard. There could be growth actually in the product but without this issue one would not know.
