This business has terrible Customer serviceI drove almost hours to shop here and had to deal having my son scolded by the owner when he was doing absolutely nothing wrongLater he had the nerve to scold my wife for touching a O scale locomotive I had handed to herI was considering purchasing it and it was sitting outNo harm no foulBut this place certainly does not appreciate their customersThe owner made it obvious that he has a problem with children and womenIt is like he was going out of his way to scold and be negative to my wife and kids He followed my family around the whole time we were thereIt was not to be of service to us thoughBy all means do not enter this toy/hobby shop with your children as they are NOT welcome hereThe owner made that very apparentIn this day and age when brick and mortar hobby shops are being driven out of business by online retailers it amazes me when you get poor customer service from one of these establishmentsAs much as I wanted to support a more local business, my money will go to an online businessI may just be a number to them but a little customer service is better then what this place gives youThe treatment by the owner went way past rudeness and was borderline abusiveWhat ever happened to human decency??? I only wish I had read some of the reviews of this place before I decided to shop thereTake my advice and pass on this placeThey don't deserve your money
