As mentioned on email to [redacted] before handing over the complaint to a superior, I explained to the client the policy of our venueThis policy is enforced by a contractual agreement provided to clients who wish to enter the venue and have a personal reserved space belonging to themselves and whomever they chose to accompany themThe guidelines are clearly expressed on this contract starting with the regulated minimum spend set by the host responsible for the customers party and directly correlates with the amount of people in said party- not the timing in which they arrive to the venue [redacted] minimum spend to have a reserved table in the venue was set at $(meaning he must spend a minimum of $prior to tax 8.875% and operations fee 10%, which is clearly notated and not in fine print) Secondly, [redacted] chose a preset gratuity of 18%, another notation provided on the contract, also not in fine print "Please note that you need not add a gratuity now, and that you are free to change the amount of the gratuity at any time before the check is settled and your payment is processed." Lastly, directly following the signature line, in clear size font following with the theme of the contract the Operations Fee is described "The operations fee is not a gratuity and is not distributed to service employees as gratuity but is retained by management to off-set operational and administration costs." Our staff is trained to hold a flashlight over the commitment contract as the client reads and signs., so I highly doubt [redacted] was forced to sign something is "complete darkness." Had [redacted] read this short but clearly defined contract that he signed prior to receiving service from our venue then he could have disputed the charge with management who is qualified to discuss alternative solutions OR told the client that the fee is non-revokable, however he contacted the ac counting department and I myself have no jurisdiction over these charges or the ability to change themI referred him to the only on duty manager to discuss further and Im assuming there was a heated conversation between them which brings us here

Review: On Monday, March **, 11:39pm PST, I had placed an order for a pair of pants on [redacted]. Upon completion of the online order, I immediately got an email notification that my order was placed. On Tuesday afternoon, March **, I had emailed the Customer Service Department (there is no telephone # in the website) to inquire whether or not my order was picked. I had received no response. On Thursday, April *, I had send another email to inquire about the status of my order. Again, no response. In the meantime, the transaction for $74.01 on my [redacted] card was processed and completed on Tuesday, March **. It is now Wednesday, April *, and still no response. I am therefore led to believe that this company, [redacted], has not intention of honoring my purchase which I have done in good faith. I had researched the company in [redacted] and was surprised to see that I am not the only victim of their immensely unreliable, bordering on fraudulent, business practices.Desired Settlement: To have the charge rendered null and void and to somehow penalize this company for its fraudulent service.

Our store policy states to allow up to one week extra processing time, additional to the estimated 2-5 day processing time, for online orders during peak business periods such as during a sale, due to the high volume of orders at this time. Review: I placed an order on the company's website on 1/**/15. It still has not shipped. No one has responded to my phone calls or emails. When I called the store for further assistance I was told the online store was so backed up with orders that they do not have any idea when my order will be shipped. I was already charged on 1/**/15 for the items.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered, or to at least have an estimated date when it will ship since it is already paid for.

Review: I made an order online and one item was missing from the shipment. On the invoice the item was highlighted and the word "cancel" was written underneath of it. I have received no other correspondence regarding the cancelation of this item and I have not been refunded my money. I have made six attempts to contact customer service via e-mail and by phone and no one has gotten back to me.Desired Settlement: To be refunded for the canceled item and an apology from Oak for the inconvenience and their lack of professionalism.

Review: I ordered a pair of boots on oaknyc.com on Friday, November **, 2014. My order number is [redacted]. The website stated to expect 1-2 days of processing before shipping. On Sunday, December *, I had still not received a shipping notification and checked 'my account' on their website where the status of orders are updated and noticed that it was still processing. I emailed customer service and received a mass message that all black friday orders will be delayed 2-5 days. At this point my order had already been delayed 5 business days as it was still processing when this email was sent on Monday, December *. I continued to reach out to the company leaving several voicemails as customer service never answered their calls during stated business hours as well as sent another 5 emails asking someone to please contact me regarding my order. I asked that they just cancel my order and refund my card because of the excessive delay. I still have not received any response and another week has passed. It is now Saturday, December **, which is 15 days I have waited for a call back or some kind of contact. I don't have the boots and the $175.50 was debited from my account at the point of sale.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for the company to refund my payment for the shoes I never received. It looks like I am not getting the boots since the order is still processing, so I don't think they should keep my payment as well.

Review: I ordered a jacket online, after several days of no contact I reached out to corporate to which they told me someone would respond to me either today or tomorrow. they reached out to me and informed me the jacket was out of stock, and no mention of a refund even though my order went through and has been taken out of my account. Its the middle of october so I can't imagine this would be "rush" season. in all fairness the people I spoke to directly were very kind and concerned, but the online department specifically [redacted] was non responsive unless pushed by corporate.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the item that was not shipped, including the shipping cost. a phone call from someone outside of [redacted].

Review: On January **, 2015, I placed an online order with OAK (oaknyc.com). It took over two weeks for my order to ship (February *, 2015) and I received my purchase on February **, 2015.

I first contacted OAK’s return department via e-mail (only an e-mail address is provided for returns and they do not provide a phone number) on February **, 2015 because OAK sent me the wrong leather pants and the beanie I ordered was received with no tags and looked like it had preciously been worn. I wanted to return the beanie but wanted to exchange the wrong pants shipped for the ones I had actually ordered.

I did not receive a response and e-mailed OAK’s return department again on February **, 2015. With no response again I e-mailed OAK’s service department on February **, 2015 and sent an e-mail to both the returns department and service department on March *, 2015. My final e-mail to OAK was sent on March *, 2015 in response to a mass e-mail the service department sent me prompting me to sign in to my account and shop with them again. This is a total of five e-mails concerning my return with no response which, to me, equates to questionable practices- I was sent the wrong item and a worn item and nobody responded to my request for a return authorization.Desired Settlement: Exchange
