We are sorry that she believes we didn't contact her about her application status, but I can assure you that we want to rent our apartments to qualified applicantsShe was contacted about her approval the fact that she never completed the process as far as giving us an updated paycheck stub and a deposit is out of our handsWe don't continue to call applicants after we have informed them of being approved for the unit If the applicant wants to rent they will provide the documents and deposit and anything that is required to move in I'm not sure what she is talking about a manager, because we don't have a staff or office at the property- maybe she is confused? The bottom line is she was made aware of her approval status and she failed to complete the process there isn't much more to say about thisWe have no reason to turn qualified applicants away nor not to inform them of being approvedWe want to rent our units so this makes no sense what's so ever**In her first complaint she states she only called me one time- the second complaint she states she called me four times and added more parts to her story??The bottom line is we are in the renting business and we don't turn away approved people and we certainly call them to tell them they are approvedNot sure what her agenda is we have answered her complaint and it seems that nothing will satisfy her at this pointWe stand by our statement and have nothing further to add to this complaintThank You

To Whom this Concerns:We ran a service call through *** *** *** *** *** on 11/17/at property *** * *** ** *** ** *** The pool pump motor was not working. We found the motor to be completely rusted
out, in our professional opinion, the water
damage to the motor was caused from
the run-off water from the roof line that sits directly above the pump. (Please see pictures attached to support our
findings) Mr*** contacted us immediately after, he
left messages on 11/17/for Jennifer. Jennifer was out of the office on Tuesday and did return his call
Wednesday morning when she returned. When she spoke to Mr
*** on 11/18/15, he insisted that we call AHS back and change our diagnosis so
his home warranty would approve the claim. Jennifer explained to him that after reviewing the photos, she agreed
with her technicians findings and would not be calling into AHS to change their
diagnosis. She informed MrD*** that if
he didn’t agree with our findings he was entitled to a second opinion through
AHS

We just received this complaint today for some reason the mailing address you had for us was a lawyers officeThe lawyer brought the letter to us yesterday 6-2-
For the complaint for Mrs*** I really don't understand why she would complain she was approved on April 2,She did call numerous times to check on her application status she called the day she dropped it off which was a Friday and when she called I explained to her that we do not handle any applications on Fridays that I would get to it on Monday.Saturday Mrs. *** called again and I explained to her that it would be Monday and that it would take a day or two or maybe three to get her background check back due to it being the first of the month and the system is backed up. Monday of the next week she called again and yes I did tell her that she didn't need to keep calling that when I had an answer I would call her and let her knowShe is the one who hung up the phoneOn April 2nd I called her to let her know her application was approved and the next step would be to pay the deposit( this was left on her voice mail)I never heard back from her until April 25thwhen she called and said she was bringing the deposit, I told her that I would need another pay stub since she waited so longI gave her the fax number to fax itI never received the fax and my calls to her went unanswered, I never heard from her againAs for the application fee that is non refundable it clearly states that on the application paperwork due to the cost involved having to run nationwide criminal background checks and credit checks that cost the $

We are sorry that she believes we didn't contact her about her application status, but I can assure you that we want to rent our apartments to qualified applicants. She was contacted about her approval the fact that she never completed the process as far as giving us an updated paycheck stub and a deposit is out of our hands. We don't continue to call  applicants after we have informed them of being approved for the unit.  If the applicant wants to rent they will provide the documents and deposit and anything that is required to move in.  I'm not sure what she is talking about a manager, because we don't have a staff or office at the property- maybe she is confused? The bottom line is she was made aware of her approval status and she failed to complete the process there isn't much more to say about this. We have no reason to turn qualified applicants away nor not  to inform them of being approved. We want to rent our units so this makes no sense what's so ever. **In her first complaint she states she only called me one time- the second complaint she states she called me four times and added more parts to her story??. The bottom line is we are in the renting business and we don't turn away approved people and we certainly call them to tell them they are approved. Not sure what her agenda is we have answered her complaint and it seems that nothing will satisfy her  at this point. We stand by our statement and have nothing further to add to this complaint. Thank You

I still disagree - the motor has been there for several years and the motors are made for outdoor use.  We have had less than 0.3" of rain in the last month and Arizona in general is very dry.  Regardless if there is water coming off the roof or just rain; you are going to see environmental wear on an outdoor unit and it is not unusual for a motor to go out after several years of use.  This is just them trying to reduce costs for themselves and the home warranty company.  I will continue to leave bad reviews on Yelp, Facebook and Ocotillo Friends until the issue is resolved; replacement of motor.

We have been a reputable pool business for over 13 years.  We replace multiple pump motors everyday through the home warranty.  We report to the home warranty company what we see.  It is up to them to make a decision if they want to cover a claim, not ours.  Again,  we stand behind our findings and our report to the warranty company.  We will not change our diagnosis just to benefit the home owner.  I have attached the manual from the manufacture of the pump.  I have highlighted the areas that stand behind our findings on page 4 and page 5.  Along with the previous pictures sent of the location of the equipment in relation to the roofline and the condition of the motor we stand behind our diagnosis.  Again, the home owner is entitled to a second opinion through the home warranty if he is not happy with ours. The instructions in this manual MUST be followed precisely. Failure to install according to defined instructions will void warranty. Though the pump is designed for outdoor use, it is strongly advised to protect the electrical components from the weather. Select a well-drained area, one that will not flood when it rains. Do NOT install pump in a damp or non-ventilated location. Pump mount must Be protected from excess moisture and flooding.
