Pros: Quality of the work and price
Cons: We had to wait almost double what we were quoted, weeks vs Communication was terrible, we had to ask for almost every updateInstallers said they were coming out on a Thursday and Friday to finish the fence, but didn't come until the following MondayI showed the installers what our plans were and they ignored part of it without telling me about the changeI emailed the owner about everything I said here in more detail and he did nothing to rectify the situation The only thing he did was give excuses for everything, and then say that my feedback won't go to waste Overall I had a lousy experience and won't recommend them to anyone else
I have used the Revdex.com to find home contractors before and have had great serviceHowever I greatly disappointed with KC FenceAfter reviewing the work on site that I had wanted done on my residential wood fence, KC stated he would email me the estimate within daysAfter days I called back and he gave me a quote over the phoneI requested that he email me the quote and that was the last time I had heard from himNo emailed quote....nothing.So much for service
