Once again one of the owners of The Gutter Guys went over to this site and did some caulking along the roof edge on an inside miter and notified the homeowner.Hopefully this will take care of this this issue.***

While the business and I have been in contact, I am not prepared to state that this complaint has been "resolved"First, the proposed repair to the mis-cut miter has not been scheduled or completedI trust that the business will make the repair, but my past experience does not instill confidenceSecond, the business states that another area of leakage is due to leaf build upThis gutter was installed with Rhino Gutter Guards who offered a year no-clog warranty which states in part "The innovative design, the hemming of the mesh, and the strategically sized mesh openings make it impossible for even a single shingle grit to enter your gutter system." After that type of statement, it is difficult to reconcile how a buildup of leaves is a cause of the water overflowAlso, I asked to meet with a representative of the company to review the gutter issues -- that has not happenedThe business visited my home without contacting me or scheduling the visitI have not been notified as to when the proposed miter repair will be made.There are two issues here: one is the malfunction of the installation of the gutters, the other is poor customer service (the business took more than a month to respond to my initial request for relief and only reached out to resolve the matter after I filed the Revdex.com complaint)I would a)like the leaks fixed and b)the business to respect its customers before I would be willing to state that the complaint has been successfully resolved

The homeowner was reached after several attempts and arrangements were made to repair a leaking miter. Much of the problem was due to leaves and such accumulated on top of the gutter covers, therefore the gutters did not drain properlyThis was not due to how they were installed but nature
causing the drainage problem. The homeowner is going to have the water damaged repaired and then our crew will do some additional work to rectify the issues
