We booked a vacation to Branson Mo in early feb. 2020 for march 12 to march 20 , booked with Booking . com---worked with them before with no problem. They wanted the money up front so was put on credit card. My wife got sick in late feb. so I called to cancel, the end of Feb. At this time the President said to stay out of crowds and not to travel if it wasn't really necessary. I was told it didn't make any difference , because it they had a no refund policy ----didn't matter what the President said there was no refund, So I am out 519.01 $ Can anything be done about this?? Thanks Bill Fruechte----wouldn't be bad but that's a lot of money when on SS.

I do understand your frustrations with the current situation and certainly hope your wife is feeling better. Unfortunately be it that your reservation was originally booked via a third party, in this case Booking.com, I am not in a position to refund without the approval from your booking site. I understand that you've reached out to Booking.com previously, I would ask that you attempt one additional time. Request to speak with a supervisor, explain your situation and request for refund. Should the third party agree, they will contact us with authorization to refund for your reservation. I would like nothing more than to have you walk away happy and satisfied with the outcome of your situation and for us to serve you in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:this is not true, when I called them , they said they didn’t bill me, that it was ***, but this wasn’t true the billing came direct from ***, this is on the credit card, no charges from booking . Com. They are just passing the buck—-they did this before and still have a charge from ***. We

We do understand your frustrations in this matter. Unfortunately, this is not a matter for which at the property level, we have control over. You are bound by the terms and conditions of the third party booking site for which you chose to make your reservation. Any further decision must be authorized by that same entity.

We checked into this hotel after we inquired what the rates were. They told us $89 per night, we were staying two nights and that was within my budget. When I got the bill there were additional charges of $16.00 per night for administration. While they told us there were additional fees, they didn't tell us how much.

I am sure you ate well aware of the goings no in regard with the Colonnade. We have not had any use of this time share for over 3 yrs. Now they are attempting to collect fees. They ate still not up and running. My 91yr old mother in law is the deed holder.

“As we have stated previously, a program will be offered to allow owners to deed back their timeshare interest. That program will be offered once the project is approved by the City of Branson to open for occupancy.”

I am rejecting this response because: How can a contract exist where only one party is keeping their agreement. We have not had any use of the supposed time share in over three years and still no definite date when this will be resolved. Deed back what? How many years does/can this one sided scam continue.

As we have already stated. The resort Developer and Board will send a notice to owners letting them know what the deed back process will be.

We cannot provide a date, as we are still working with the *** for the resort letter of Occupancy.

I bought a timeshare from this company in 2001. I have been paying fees to this company ever year since. The resort has shut down and they are asking for fees. They have not answered phone calls to ask about their shutting down.

I would like to make you aware that *** is no longer associated with the property. *** is under new ownership and management. I will be more than happy to assist you. I first will need to varify ownership. Unfortunately, our records to no show a *** as a Timeshare owner. Could the unit interval you are referring to be titled under another individual?

The Grand Regency resort is part and parcel of the bankruptcy, and I just rec'd an invoice for 2018 maintenance fee's!!! My previous payments where NEVER applied to the resort, I NEVER received any accounting statements to support the previous activity[and made several attempts/request], and NOW they expect more money??? The previous "manager" Inderjet , should be brought to justice.!

New ownership and management have worked very hard to repair and rebuild the property to something the owners could once again be proud of. We would like very much for you to contact owner services, inquire on the status of your account and enjoy a week or two at the property you once enjoyed vacationing at.

I am contacting you today on behalf of *** at Branson, formally known as the Colonnade. ***, I would like to inform you that the now *** at Branson is open for business. The property has undergone new ownership, new management and some very much needed renovations and updating. I would like very much to discuss with you your account and to inform you of the options you have available as a *** Timeshare owner.

We contacted *** because we weren't getting the points we were supposed to be. We found out through *** that *** and Colonnade no longer have a relationship. We've tried to contact Colonnade by calling them everyday for the last six days. No one has answered or gotten back to us. It feels like we're being avoided. This is no way to run a business. We should have been told about the relationship change with ***.

I want out of my contract or reinstatement to *** Network; cannot reach anyone regarding my complaint. No responses!!!

To start with as of August 15th 2017 The mortgage company *** llc has hired a management team *** LLC. to receive the properties of the Colonnade Resort and the *** resort in Branson. They are foreclosing on said properties to remove the old owners name so we can move forward for the owners. At this time we can not deed back any properties. After said properties are updated we will try to work on getting back with trade companies. Will recontact owner.
