I filed this complaint and I have received a refund. How do I close the complaint?
Review: I contacted Fast Cabinet Doors to build me 2 cabinet doors to match my existing doors. I emailed them 3 pictures with close up detail and gave them the measurements. Order #[redacted] (placed on December 12, 2014 10:55:15 AM PST)When I received the cabinet doors, they are quite different from my existing doors. I again took pictures and forwarded to them at which time [redacted] said he would run it by the shop and get back to me. This was December 30, 2014.Since then, I have emailed twice and have not heard back from them at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $120.11, which is the price of the two doors.
