Review: An unauthorized account was opened under my name for "IPEC City" (green and grain). I was able to have the account closed over a year ago, with Ipec Cit, I continue to receive billing charges from Oak Rock financial. I was told last year by the folks at Oak Rock that they were not able to cancel the billing due to a federal investigation (all accounts were frozen according to their customer service). It is one year later and I continue to receive billing for a product I never purchased. No one in the company picks up the phone at the provided number on the billing statement (###-###-####).Desired Settlement: Need to have my information removed and account closed so I stop receiving billing statements for something that was never opened/purchased by me.

In conjunction with [redacted] financing, stay away from Oak Rock. Both companies were working together to fraud my wife by allowing one company to take payment while not showing payments where being made to the other company. Instead monies most likely where transfered via paper bag. So money was receive but not listed, to the second company on that was listed as lien.

Review: The company has tried for over 6 months maybe longer to collect a debt for Special Financial CO LLC; they have called and harassed my parents; lied about attempts to contact me; hung up on me when I have made requests to speak to supervisors; and then I find out from Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, to whom I settled the debt through; the debt had been purchased by Security Credit Services and was NO LONGER attached to either Oak Rock or Special Finance, but they were still trying to collect a debt with harassing tactics that they didnt even own.Desired Settlement: I would like a Formal Apology from their CEO or their most senior General Manager for unfair business practices. I would also like it made to be permanent record of their behavior and possible fraud.... CONSUMER BEWARE; if I had not done my homework I would be out a lot of money and these people are still trying to make my life miserable.

Review: Oak Rock Financial has being collecting money from my account for products that was never received, has being contacted on several occasions. The first time they told me they would be able to stop collection with no problem, but they continue to withdraw money from my account without my permission. Now they are telling me they are unable to refund my money, giving me a run a run about [redacted], that was suppose to deliver the goods. They know no goods was delivered, but they continue to draw money any way and sending me letters that I am delinquent on my payments, when they have being taking out money every month, even twice per month. Please I need my money back this is not fare for me to pay you for nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all my withdrawals which include overdraft fee, and if there are records of delinquency sent to my credit report I would like that taken off, because I owe for nothing.

Review: My wife and I paid our vehicle off in February of 2013. It is now August and we have not received our title. We are getting the run around.

My wife and I paid our vehicle (Chevy Tahoe) off in February of 2013. It is now August and we have not received our title. We are getting the run around from everyone involved. We contacted Oak Rock Financial and were told that the vehicle had not been paid off with them. We made all of our payments to Affordable in the hopes that they were getting sent to Oak Rock, which looks like they were not. Where has the payments been going? This is our second vehicle that we have purchased from them. The first one was the same situation. The concern now that we continue to get letters in the mail from Oak Rock stating that our account is past due. This is now going to reflect negatively on my credit. Who will take accountability for that? This has been a concern for a while now. How will this be rectified. Either we want the title to our PAID vehicle or ALL of our money back. We have contacted our attorney to complete this matter. This is not good business practice.Desired Settlement: Send me my title before legal action is taken.

Review: I bought educational books financed by the company in 2011 I was promised to be finished paying the balance off within two years at the minimum balance due. Its now 2014 and my balance still shows over $1600 owed on a $2000 loan at $77 monthly payment. My statements do not include how much has been paid nor how much the beginning balance was and the website only shows how much you need to pay nothing else. No response when I call the number. Also, when I first bought the books before I received full shipment I opted to cancel the product and offered to ship back the unopened product received with the response we cant take it back because it has been shipped even though I had only received one shipment and didn't receive the OTHERS until weeks later. This loan doesn't even show up on my credit report at all, it seems as though a loan I have had for 3 years should show up positively on my report but there is no record of anything. Now I'm reading about fraud and bankruptcy from this company, it seems like this whole thing has been a scam from day one.Desired Settlement: I would love to just settle this debt and be officially done with Oak Rock I would accept that and a statement showing all payments to match up with my military mypay which shows active payments.

Review: I have had a loan through Oak Rock. I purchased some audio equipment through the Audio Junction in [redacted]. The loan has passed a duration of over two years paying on it. I know I am either paid in full or just about paid. The Audio Junction went Bankrupt last year. They are unable to provide any contact info due to this. Oak Rock uses First Citizens Bank. My allotment goes to them, then to Oak Rock. The only contact info they have is ###-###-####. I have tried for over 30 days to contatct them. All I hear on their end is a message to email them. I have sent one email today out of frustration giving them until * September 2014. Since I am unable to get a response I will terminate the allotment. I have not received any statements for at least 3 month. My work and the email I have had sice doing any business with them has been [redacted]. If they contact me and show beyond a shadow of a doubt there is money owed I will restart it, provided they can show me statements of money owed to them. First Citizen Bank does show that payments have been collected successfuly. I have had an account going to them since 2006. The montly amount I pay know since * June 2012 is $142.86. I can only surmise withoutstatement that the loan was paid in a 24 month period. This means I'm most likely owed money.Desired Settlement: Someone to explain why I can't get a hold of anyone and refund if due. Other than that my business is done for good with them.

Review: Oak rock Financial has failed to deliver me my vehicle title that I have paid in full. Oak Rock Financial also billed my debit account twice for the last payment in May of 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle title for my 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer mailed to me.

Review: This company is calling myself, and my family and is leaving messages stating that they will have my nursing license revoked and my drivers license revoked. This is over a debt that was cancelled several years ago. I don't owe them anything, and they have no reason to be harrassing me. They are also misrepresenting themselves, the one individual I spoke with stated that his name was Bill Mayday and that he was an attorney that works with the NYS board of nursing. He was advised to forward all correspondence through my email, and I have yet to receive anything from him about these supposed charges.Desired Settlement: Stop harrassing me, and stop trying to collect a debt that is not owed.
