Hello,
The Oakstock company was having a sale during black Friday and I purchased a blood pressure watch. However, after reviewing more I realized that it is not really medically approved and I emailed them asking for them not to deliver it. This is a policy they have on their website, they state that if you email them within the first two days of ordering they will cancel your order. I emailed them but they did not respond. I then followed up with one email which they did not respond to. The product arrived and I have been trying to return it but then I do not think they will reply to the email. This I have concluded because it is the same email I used to ask for an order cancel which they never looked at. I just need to return the product and get my money back.
