This was resolved as of 6/and the consumer was asked to retract any comments per the resolution We also feel it is important to note that the car was sold as is and the customer signed paper work indicating thisHowever, to keep up with our good reputation, we installed another transmission free of charge to the customer as good faithWe ask the customer to keep his end of the agreement as we kept oursWhile we installed another transmission at no cost to the customer, we admit no wrong doing or misrepresentation and just more a victim of circumstancesFurthermore, the car that was traded in by the customer was misrepresented to us and had undergone tremendous repairs to the engine for head gasket repairs as represented by the customer only to find out after those repairs that the entire engine is junkThe entire engine is being rebuilt by [redacted] as of the writing of this responseWe have never asked for compensation from the customer
