Dispute Resolution Team:When I met with the customer, I drew the design of what the entry over was supposed to look like. That is what I installed. The customer was supposed to be there when the project was installed, she was not. I installed the fence according to our agreement & contract. The sign came off of the entry over, because they had a violent wind storm, and a free hanging sign whips around a lot. When I go back out there, I am going to install the sign with eye bolts & brackets, so this will take care of the wind issue. I have installed these signs before and the are still hanging. I was not informed that they can have freakish wind stor**. My objective is to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have placed her job on the schedule for next week to reattach the sign. Your patience is Greatly Appreciated!! Apologies for the extended time it is taking to make the repair. The [redacted] job is not in our normal work area, it is out of town about 45 minutes to an hour away.

is why he gave us a price reduction, that matter was resolved....We were told when we signed the contract that it would be 8 to 10 weeks before it could be done. They turned up 13 weeks later. They called the afternoon before they came out. I was in OK at the time, there was nothing I could do to be there for the installation, I told them this! They still installed it anyway......  He WAS told that we have strong winds in our area when he came and repaired the gate and sign the first time....    Thankyou   [redacted]

Review: I brought a pair of shoes in to be repaired on Friday 9/13/13. The store employee said that it would cost $35.97 which I paid and received a receipt indicating it was paid and we agreed I would pick up the repaired shoes on Thursday 9/19/13. My wife went to pick the shoes up on 9/19/13 at 10AM when they are supposed to open (according to their sign) and they do not show. She waits until 10:30AM and leaves as they still have not shown. I return on 9/24/13 at 2PM and they are closed - no note on the door even though it is during their posted business hours. I go back that evening and they are still closed. A friend who works across the street indicates that they were closed again on 9/25 and 9/26 (without a note of any kind) - she tells me that this is normal behavior for them to close and open without regard to their customers. The phone number listed on the receipt [redacted] also does not work.Desired Settlement: I would like them to be notified that this is completely inappropriate business practice and I would like a refund for my shoe repair with my shoes immediately returned.
