Oak Weast foot wear

My mom buy on *** a pair of adiddas tenis shoes so when we were paying we ask to leave the box at the store and the person who help me she never told me about if we leave the box there we couldn't do any exchange so we left the store and next day my mom try the shoes on and they bother her on her left foot because she used a brasalet so when she was going to wear them the shoe in the left leg It didn't fit right so we came on Monday ** *** to do the exchange but the lady just ask me for my phone number and she said that she was going to call me after she talked with the girls that sold the shoes to me and she never call me back then I went back today *** to check the status on the lady that told me that she was going to call me and the two ladies a the store they told me that they can't do nothing with out the box when on the receive doesn't say noting about not having a box
I call the office and they said that they police said no exchange on shoes with out box on
