My daughter was dismissed from care at this center after four days. The director refused to refund my tuition which she stayed was in accordance with their policy. Their written policy states:”During the first two weeks at school, if the directors and teachers observe that the child is exhibiting behaviors inconsistent with developmentally appropriate behavior (e.g. being disruptive, destructive or violence or has other issues), a scheduled meeting with the parents, director and teacher will be scheduled. If all cannot come to an agreeable outcome, they will be requested to dis-enroll their child at that time. In this case, the tuition deposit will be returned but not the first months tuition or registration fee.”

A meeting was never held about my child. Before enrolling her I told the director that she has ADHD. The only thing told to me about my child was that she was a safety issue. There was never an effort made to come together as a team and resolve the issue my child was having. Additionally I called the center on the first day she was there to ask how things were going. The teacher who answered said she was doing fine. In the next hour I revived a call from the director saying my daughter had been misbehaving the entire day and needed to be picked up. Because the policy was not followed according to the handbook my child was not given the chance to succeed in this center.

I recommend heavy revision of the Parent Handbook because it has many errors and leaves information out. It also states in one section that deposit or not refundable and then in another section says if a month notice is not given for dis-enrollment that the deposit will be forfeited.
