This letter is a written response to the notice we received from your office regarding a Complaint submitted 11/7/with an assigned ID of [redacted] In accordance with Federal Regulation "P" (Privacy of Consumer Financial Information) we Cannot divulge the private information regarding this consumer's account and the circumstances related to her Statement of the Problem, including specific information on the disputed account transactions.In addition to a letter to the Revdex.com, a complaint was also filed with NCUA, our financial accrediting institution,We have Completed our investigation of the consumer's concerns and determined that we are not in agreement with her Desired Settlement relative to a full refund for the disputed amountA formal response is in draft to NCUA and will be presented to them and the member shortly with greater specificity.We had been in contact with our member, prior to this response and reviewed in detail the issue presented in her statementsWe strive to ensure that our members fully understand their responsibility for ensuring that prompt notification of unauthorized transactions is made to us in order to provide a full credit for any losses, It is unfortunate that the allotted time to file a claim had expired before the member contacted us,If you should have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.Regards,Nancy D***Director of Member Services The Partnership Federal Credit UnionP: ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: I had to contact the credit union in the first place to make my dispute within the days prior to the time expiring, in order for this matter to have been handled This credit union has many disgruntled members, due to shady business practices and I will be canceling my membership Members are dissatisfied and the quality of member-FCU relations have dwindled over time, due to how the credit union treats members I will find more luck with another credit union I have been a member of this credit union for a while, and had begun my membership in when it was the FDIC Federal Credit Union Many members hated to see the FDIC Federal Credit Union go, but many of us have also decided to go, due to how The Partnership has treated us--they do not value us as members If I don't get the $back, I won't cry, I will just move my membership elsewhere I am in the process of settling my affairs to make this possible I'm done
