Oakcrest Towers Apartments

I moved to 2140 in September of 2015, today I received a note on my door stating that I was delinquent on my rent. I paid my rent on 29 Oct 2015, on their website, On Friday Oct 30 (day before halloween) I went to make sure they received my rent, they told me that it would not hit their system till later that day, when I checked today their system still said processing, but yet when they added an 87$ fee to my rent they could not see that I paid my rent 3 days ago. If you're looking for an apartment AVOID OAKCREST TOWERS AT ALL COST. until I find me another apartment I assure you that I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone. They can add 87$ to my account that I owe but unable to see that I paid my rent, and test I am living with a clogged toilet full of feces that I have to endure, thank God I have a second bathroom which by the way has a slow drainage so I have to constantly plunge that toilet, and I have a broken cabinet and linen closet that no one can seem to come fix just yet. WORST MAINTAINENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
