Regards, days is far to long to let this go , I Loose more and more farm season I myself am Service Director at a very busy *** dealer , days is gfar to long a resolve should be able to be reached inside of No one has contacted me neither from the dealer that has possession of the tractor, nor Mahindra themselves If I offered this form of customer service I would find myself unemployed

Review: Oakdale auto wreckers quoted me a price over the phone then charged me more when I went to get it. This happened many times and this time they added $75 to a part that was quoted at $25 over the phone. My boss wanted some rims that he quoted $30 apiece then after we pulled them he changed to $45. This is wrong... I have to travel a half hour each way just to get ripped off then I have to pay gas to go back just so they can tell me "oh well" and keep my money.Desired Settlement: I think they should be required to meet the price quote given and its not fair that I have to waste my gas to try and remedy the issue just to be sent away unresolved.

Upon my review of this matter and after speaking with our employees I am confident when I explain our view of the matter below.

The customer phoned our business asking the price for steel wheels. Upon their arrival at our business the customer informed us they wanted aluminum wheels, which is of higher quality and in turn increases the cost/value.

We strive to do our best for all our customer phone inquires. However through out my 30+ years in business, customers may call for an item and when they come in they find a difference in what they called for is not actually what works for their particular vehicle.

My staff of employees are experienced and knowledgable for our industry needs. They use the best technology at hand daily, the world wide internet, in which is always connected to an online information center with current up to date vehicle data acceding to the detail specifications of each and every vehicle VIN built by the automobile industry. They handle customers needs and work in problem solving issues daily and I am confident they do the best to keep customers happy. If quoted a price and if it was mis-quoted and actual price is higher we will stand by out word and sell it at the lower price quoted.

They quoted me prices for specific items and charged me $90 more when I got there. This issue is not resolved and has happened again since my last claim.

Review: had a few issues since trying to get my money back from this unprofessional business. 1st they delivered wrong part. its almost 1month since I ordered a transmission and got the wrong one. have been calling almost everyday trying to get an answer about either them delivering right part or refunding my money. The owner "Jesus" told me since I was being such a little b[redacted] I can take part down myself and take it to them. This is very unacceptable coming from a business owner. THIS IS THE WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITHDesired Settlement: would like my money back ($450) and for them to pick up their garbage transmission

I am rejecting this response because: Oakdale auto parts NEVER OFFERED TO PICK PART UP. I kept records of many times I called and kept telling me there is no manager on duty. I PAYED FOR DELIVERY and got sent wrong part on their behalf. When I got upset after many times of calling to get situation handled I was called a little [redacted] and that I can drop part off myself since im so demanding.

We have tried establishing contact with customer many times but have been unsuccessful. Company driver showed up to the shop one time but was turned away and was told there was nothing to discuss. I am still willing to work something out if customer gets in contact with us.
