Failure to provide promised services Wont return phone calls I was at this location 3/15/to have an infection looked at I was told by Dr [redacted] that he would send my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice Today (3/21/16), he still has not sent it I cannot take meds I don't have because Dr [redacted] neglected to send the prescription I was also told I would be contacted by a "scheduler" to schedule an allergy test I have not heard from anyone I was also told I would have my test results on 3/17/16, but still on 3/21/16, I have not received them Everytime I call I am told the front desk is busy and can't take my call I have left several messages and I do not get a return call How am I to treat my infection if I cannot get my meds or know my test results This is affecting my health and must be dealt with immediately This is highly unacceptable, and is delaying a diagnosis This "doctor" should lose his license and this office shut down if this is how they

Went in for a serviceHad a strange whistle in my right nostril that had been pretty much constant for about a monthI waited longer in the waiting room than I was in the office with the doctorWhere as the doctor asked me questions and then said that we should basically just stick a camera up my noseHe gave me a strong decongestant and proceeded to stick the camera into my noseNothing was wrong and he sent me on my merry wayIn no way was I informed that it was a procedure that I would have to pay out 150$I called to request information and to express my frustration with not having been informed of any such cost and received poor service over the phoneThe woman was very short with me telling me that the doctor has a degree (I had no idea) and did his jobNot at all my problem or what I was trying to express to her, but none the less she would hear none of it
