Complaint Information: This is in response to the complaint , that the customer was not refunded his money in the same way that he paid His form of payment was with a credit card, as a small business we do not authorize employees to refund money from a credit cardThis is our policy, all administrative credit card transactions are authorized only from the ownersThis complaint is without any MERIT, as he was refunded immediately with cashWe would have gladly completed his transaction the following day when we were PRESENTHis belligerent actions toward our staff were unwarranted , as she was trying to explain this to him

I am rejecting this response because:  The way the staff handled the issue and attacked me were not warranted.  I left my name and information for them. They should have contacted me after how poorly I was treated resolving this issues.  The woman at the counter argued and the cooks in the back were laughing.  This is what made me get upset.  I did not walk into the restaurant upset; instead I became irritated after seeing how the employees were handling the issue.  Any business that cares about the customer would have a way to refund them appropriately.  This was also not my first issue with the restaurant. I let he waitress know this as well and instead she proceeded to argue and treat me in an unfriendly way.  Unfortunately, I do understand that the business won't give me my money back in the appropriate way.  I do, however, fully expect that the situation will be posted on the Revdex.com website under Oakdale Pizzas name.  Due to how the employees handled the situation, it needs to be posted so that other customers are aware that this is not a one time thing when they have issues.  Had employees shown any respect towards me, a customer, none of this would have been an issue.  Pictures of the meal have also been attached to this message.    One picture shows the meal that was completely incorrect from what I had ordered.  The other is a meal that is missing a sandwich and just contains french fries.
