ON BEHALF OF OAKES TOYOTA WE HAVE LOOKED INTO MS *** *** CONCERN AND NOTED THAT THE PART FOR HER CAR FOR NANHAS BEEN ON BACK ORDER FROM TOYOTA AND THE PART IS NOW AVAILABLE AND AS SOON AS WE GET IT IN THE STORE WE WILL CALL HER AND HAVE HER BRING HER VEHICLE IN TO INSTALL IT.THANKSOAKES

Ms . [redacted] came into the dealership with issues with her car and decided to trade in on a new one contacted a sales person , [redacted] sold her a new one. Ms [redacted] took the vehicle home and discovered that the insurance will go up 90.00 more dollars and she couldn't afford it and wanted to...
return the vehicle, we have already been funded by the finance company and the paper work has already been sent to Jackson with the title work. Ms [redacted] did not understand that the vehicle would be considered used vehicle and there was no way it could be returned. Ms [redacted] came to Oakes Toyota own her own accord and purchased the vehicle and there is no such laws that she could return within 72 hours she signed a contract .
