that another member was moving out and they had moved someone else in the unit which violates several sections of the by-laws, Doing our job, as a management company we sent the member that was moving out a letter letting her know that this violates the by-lawsWe felt that this member should know the by-laws because she is on the board of directors.This cooperative has had two meetings in the last months or so and the member that is moving out has not come to either but her husband did attend one of the meetingsIt is also disheartening to learn that she does not know the financial situation of the property because monthly reports are posted on the computer through the internet for the members to reviewShe could have also made an appointment to come to the office to go over the books with me, the property manager or the accountantHer not knowing the financial situation of the property is because she has not put any time to find out or request the information.In the letter that we sent the member that is moving out, we asked her to call the office if she wanted to discuss the content of the letter but she decided to send us a letter with accusations just as she did with youIn the letter she sent to me and her complaint to you she does admit that she is moving out and she moved someone into the unitI would love to resolve this problem and I am always ready to reconcileIt is believed that the member that is moving out purchased a home which is wonderful so it is highly unlikely that she will move back into the cooperative.Without a resolution, her moving back and removing the person she moved in, then the next step is to send her a letter to invite her to come to a board meeting to discuss the situation and if not resolved then her membership will be revokedThen she will be taken to Landlord and Tenant Court for resolution or eviction so the cooperative will get possession of the unit to put someone in the unit that meets the requirements of the cooperative.We look forward to working with you to resolve this matter.Sincerely,Vernon O*** President
