Hi [redacted] , My apologies for us dropping the ball. I have small ones myself, and understand an early morning call would not be ideal. My customer service rep has been coming in early everyday to play catch up. I have instructed her to check the time zone... before calling in the future. Having been with Oakiwear since the beginning, good customer service is really important to me, and I miss not being able to speak with each and every customer. If you are willing, I would certainly like to jump on a quick phone call with you today to resolve the matter. As I have grown this company from the basement of a house, getting you the right boots is certainly more important to me then making a sale. I love to see kids reactions when they jump in a puddle with our boots on for the first time. Though we have been really busy, that is no excuse to not have reached back out to you in a timely matter. As this is your first interaction with us, I’d like to leave a better "second" impression. Let me know when it would be convenient for you to chat. Lastly, thank you for your feedback on the sizing chart.
