Please see the following responses in regards to Ms [redacted] original complaint Ms [redacted] moved in to her apartment here at Oakland Hills on January 29-She returned her move in condition form on January 30, [redacted] and [redacted] replaced a broken window in her living room on 2/5/ 7/13/Ms [redacted] contacted our city code office as well as our office on the same day, upon receiving the request all repairs were completed on that day 11/8/Ms [redacted] again reported in writing a leak in her ceilingOn 11/9/leak was repaired, and ceiling was monitored for drying and any further leaking, once confirmed it was good sheetrock repair was made and completed after our waiting period of days to allow again for drying All of her work orders have been completed to date, the last request we received from her was on 11/08/ I would also like it noted that Ms [redacted] mentioned that she has previously sent numerous emailsI have not seen an email in regards to work orders or concerns she may have been havingWe do offer an online portal for residents, where work orders can placed in lieu of having to come in the office to place in writing The date she received a pest control notice from Certified Pest Control, it did state on it services to be completed and instructions We here at Oakland Hills strive to meet all the needs and concerns of our residents in a timely fashion per our contractual leaseAt this time we do not feel that any of Ms [redacted] requests for lease break and compensation of rent is warranted and we respectfully decline such requests We have meet all of our obligations per our contractual lease with Ms [redacted] Please feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns you may have in regards to this case Sincerely, [redacted]
