I booked a room for March 2nd with them via [redacted] on February 26th and ended up canceling my reservation the next day (Feb. 27). My wife called the hotel and spoke with the manager and he said he would cancel the room and assured her there would be no charge. My bank account was still charged for the room. We have contacted the hotel and the manager told us he did not say he would cancel our reservation and hung up on my wife twice. We contacted [redacted] and apparently he hung up on them as well. We contacted the hotel's corporate office and the hotel manager told them he never told us he did not agree to cancel our room.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund for the hotel room I did not stay in.Business Response I don't have [redacted] cancle information, [redacted] all reservation send me fax if you cancle reservation you send me fax
