We regret that we cannot assist further in this situation. We were contracted by the complainant's neighbor to plant several small trees on his property. The neighbor was on the property with our installation crew when the trees were placed and while they were being planted, and we confirmed with him that we were planting on his property and not the complainant's. There is no way that digging holes for the size of the trees (small, 5-gallon size containers) had any impact on the complainant's property, drainage, or irrigation. The work did not alter the natural drainage in any way.
We stand by the work we did for the neighbor and again reiterate that this is (and has been) an ongoing dispute between the complainant and her neighbor (our client) and that any concerns being raised by the complainant should be addressed to the neighbor and not through our company. Thank you.
In speaking with our manager, [redacted], we confirmed that the work done on Ms. [redacted]'s neighbor's property did not encroach on to her property. We stand by the fact that we did not cause the damage to her drainage and believe that this is an issue between two neighbors with a longstanding...

it is an excuse for being negligent and not accepting responsibility. The first mistake was made when Oakland had me as their client first and installed my irrigation heads into the other property. They then turned around and sold trees to them. We were both clients and Oakland caused the conflicts that by their ome admission are long standing. With full knowledge and free will Oakland has contracted for work despite any professional responsibility. As in this instance they refused to even respond to my phone calls and emails. They even ignore the attorney queries. This company is a fraudulent giant landscape that is only answering the Revdex.com to save a rigged rating because clearly they are practicing bad business and destroying lawns. They do not respect black customers at all. They are racist and greedy.
I am seeking a remedy for my property damage. This claim remains despite Oakland hope that they can hide behind "the client made me do it" there is something called responsible digging. They planted trees knowing full well the conflict that will now grow upwards of 30 feet in height one day. They are well aware and they took my money and the other parties money out of pure greed.
I thought the response from Oakland Nursery was rather pedestrian and that they didn't take the complaint seriously. I will not use or recommend them in the future.
