I called in March 2022 to inquire about landscaping services. I was told they were busy, but they would get back to me. I did not hear anything and in August, I called them back. Someone did finally call me and left a voicemail message. I was told they would be able to help me soon. However, I did not hear from them. I called them in September. I finally spoke to someone who was very rude. One of the first things she said was that they have a $2500 minimum. If they felt this was a problem, why didn't they discuss this with me in March. I know that usually one person doesn't represent a business, however, this person's attitude is unacceptable. I have shopped at Oakland for years and always trusted them. It was disappointing, and I will not be shopping there going forward.
We regret that we cannot assist further in this situationWe were contracted by the complainant's neighbor to plant several small trees on his property The neighbor was on the property with our installation crew when the trees were placed and while they were being planted, and we confirmed with him that we were planting on his property and not the complainant's There is no way that digging holes for the size of the trees (small, 5-gallon size containers) had any impact on the complainant's property, drainage, or irrigation The work did not alter the natural drainage in any way We stand by the work we did for the neighbor and again reiterate that this is (and has been) an ongoing dispute between the complainant and her neighbor (our client) and that any concerns being raised by the complainant should be addressed to the neighbor and not through our companyThank you
We regret that we were unable to respond to Mr [redacted] in a more efficient manner, and hope that he found success with the other landscape companyWe work hard to keep up with the demands and needs of both new and reoccurring clients and and will strive to be more responsive in the future Thank you, Mr [redacted] , for your feedback, and we hope that you will consider giving us another chance down the road
I thought the response from Oakland Nursery was rather pedestrian and that they didn't take the complaint seriouslyI will not use or recommend them in the future
I'm sending this again [redacted] thank youFor it not for Revdex.com this company was going to go on and on and on ignoring the damage done to my propertyWhile I realize that you are impartial in these thingsI just had to say thank you because the they only care about the public rating while they have privately and willfully ruined my propertyI am struggling just to pay my bills and now I have a front yard full of water with no one listeningIt's just wrong and could have been prevented
