Fitness Connection sincerely regrets that Mr. [redacted] was under the impression that he was misled at the facility. It’s our commitment to make any valued members concern a priority, unfortunately conversations held at the facility cannot be verified. Consent for draft is authorize with a signature at the point of sale. Per our first response, if Mr. [redacted] can provide proof that termination was sent we would be more than happy to correct any issue. The acceptable proof would be the certified letter tracking number or email confirmation. We have also attached a copy of the members agreement which states our policies of cancellation. All members must give a 30 days’ notice to cancel all electronic debits. Our records show that Mr. [redacted] has a collection balance of $182.80.
