In response to the claim of [redacted] ***.Our company has been in business for over years nowAnd it has been our experience that the only customers, who have a problem, are the ones who won't or can't pay their bill, and or won't follow our guidelines.This customer asked for our service on April 27thAs with every other customer, we explain that as long as your bill is up to date, you will be picked up every week as promisedLike we do for almost other customers.We bill quarterly, and we give you that whole billing month to pay your billThe quarter in question started Jan 1st, And it runs thru March 31stBy Jan 31st, her bill was still not paidWe tried alerting her by 1st, email with the address they provided, 2nd, the driver will leave a note on the trash cart for the final reminderWe never received a paymentSo we had to stop serviceI alerted a couple more times, still no response.There are no other charges except for what they owe usAs per our guidelines, we DO NOT CREDIT FOR DELINQUENCY!!!!! And we do not charge for the cart to be there until the matter is resolved[redacted] did leave a couple of messagesThe last was her threatening to bring the cart to our office and dump them in the yardThe office is in my home, and I do not allow any customer to come to my houseI also let customers know that I correspond mainly thru emailBut I called Mrs [redacted] back, and like usual, she did not pick up phone, so I left yet another messageI also email everytimeWhich, for the record, she never responds to email.lf I hear another complaint with your company from [redacted] ***, not only will this be a credit issue on her part, but it will become a legal matter.Final note, they owe $as of today's dateI have mailed the final bill, as they do not respond to anything elseThat charge is for Jan thru March Starting April 15th, late fees will be addedAnd ifthis bill is not paid by May 15th, we will be taking Mrs [redacted] to Bedford County CourtI believe all these steps are within our legal rightsI am not sure how to make this any simplerShe has asked for the bill, we have given it to her.Gary Spencer/OwnerSpencers Trash Service

Like we do for almost 2000 other customers.We bill quarterly, and we give you that whole billing month to pay your bill. The quarter in question started Jan 1st, 2016. And it runs thru March 31st. By Jan 31st, her bill was still not paid. We tried alerting her by 1st, email with the address they provided, 2nd, the driver will leave a note on the trash cart for the final reminder.
