Regarding Revdex.com complaint [redacted] "...He sold me heartworm medication that was expiredHe now refuses to talk with me".Mr [redacted] purchased heartworm medication that was mis-labeled by the manufacturer for a premature expiration dateWe provided memoranda from the manufacturerThis was explained to Mr [redacted] , and documentation was provided, but he continued to accuse us of cheating him.Also, Mr [redacted] insists on ignoring our office hours, and insists on calling me on my personal time on late Sunday afternoons, even though the problems were present during the week.When he called me, again, late on the afternoon of Sunday, February 25th, he was very angry, rude and accusatory that I had previously suggested that his dog's symptoms were consistent with cannabis intoxicationHe repeated shouted at me "how dare you accuse me of drugging my dog!", and would not accept my apologies or understand that this was not an accusation, but rather a very common problem that I see several times per weekI told him that I would not accept his angry, rude treatment, that if he continued to treat me like the enemy, he needed to find another vet.Mr [redacted] refused to relent, continued to berate me and accuse me, was angry, belligerent and abusive to my staff and meWe explained that the product Mr [redacted] bought is not expired, and I provided documentation from the manufacturerThat documentation is attached below.I regret that our interaction with Mr [redacted] was so negative, but I have no desire to pursue reconciliation himHe is welcome to seek veterinary care elsewhere.Sincerely,Gene *** K***, DVM -attachments

I am rejecting this response because: I did call this vet on a Sunday because my dog was in distress. All profanity was from thisVet. He never told me of any documentation from the manufacturer. Did he show the Revdex.com this documentation? I do not believe him. I still have the medicine with the expired date.
