Thank you for dealing with our complaint against Oakley ElectricAs of Yesterday, 9/19/Oakley Electric & [redacted] , Incagreed to san acceptable settlementThis includes Oakley Electric is to remove the lien from our customers property & [redacted] is to drop/close its complaints against Oakley Electric filed with the Revdex.com & Oregon CCBThat said; I can’t to figure out how to lto the Revdex.com & post the above statement aboveI’d appreciate any help!Yes, this matter IS resolved to our satisfaction.Thanks for your help!

To Whom it may concern: *** *** *** originally contacted Oakley Electric they told Oakley that they had installed two Daikin units on 1/and need two amp circuitsOakley Electric sent a technician out on January 27th around 2pmThe technician called the Oakley office saying
that this project would entail a large amount of work and that it would need technicians on site to completeOakley Electric made it back on site 2/7/and had technicians on site to complete the project in its entirety Oakley then billed *** *** *** at time and materials as agreed upon initially*** *** *** then paid Oakley in full, so an Inspection was scheduledThe inspection did not pass based on small correction which was a broken bubble cover on a receptacle that Oakley fixed afterwardsThere was a second inspection correction detailing wires that *** *** *** had ran on their ownThe wires that *** *** *** ran were line voltage going from the outside unit to separate indoor headsTroy had talked with *** a few times and sent emails back and forth about this needing to get fixed*** had asked Troy to call the inspector because *** *** *** always runs these cables themselvesIn the end, Lead Electrical Inspector Dave S*** said that Oakley was responsible for fixing these wires since Oakley is the only licensed electrical contractor between the two companiesTroy told *** that this would be an expensive fix and that it would take technicians, days of labor and materials costing around $*** *** *** agreed to this proposal and Oakley Electric finished the corrections with technicians and came in far under the initial estimate of time only taking technicians day and sending technician back for another dayOakley then proceeded to send *** *** *** their final bill after all the work and corrections had been completed per their agreementAt that point, *** *** *** disputed the initial agreement and has since refused to pay the amount to Oakley ElectricIf needed, the home owner *** *** can testify on Oakley’s behalf of all the work that was done by *** *** *** and redone correctly by Oakley Electric as he was present during all phases of the installationThere was no work that had to be done by another electrician on this job or on are permit

I am rejecting this response because:If we were quoted a $1,to do the correction why do I have a "paid" invoice for $3,and a second "unpaid" invoice for $3,Additionally, we still had to pay an electrician an additional $to do the actual repairI assume that Troy spoke with Mr*** *** concerning the $1,correction as I never had that correspondence. My Correspondence with Troy was his admittance that he never went to the jobsite to check things outWe have asked several times for the time & materials breakdown of invoice 355, which we paid, with zero response - zero! We want to compare the two labor & materials list as we believe that we are being charged twice for the same jobThis is unfair to *** *** *** & to our customer

This is a joke! My material cost just for the wire was almost $1000 dollars. This is the wire the heating company installed. Of course this was a typo I billed you $3298.95 back on 6/12/17 so why would I reduce the price.Makes no sense at all. You Hired another electrician to pull a permit and final out the job so you can get paid in full from the home owners. Well that back fired and you paid another electrical company money for no reason because the home owners are not paying you in full until you pay us in full.

This includes Oakley Electric is to  remove the lien from our customers property & [redacted] is to drop/close its complaints against Oakley Electric filed with the Revdex.com & Oregon CCB. That said;  I can’t to figure out how to log-in to the Revdex.com & post the above statement above. I’d appreciate any help!Yes, this matter IS resolved to our satisfaction.Thanks for your help!
