I am grateful MrA*** returned my money The following comments respond to MrA***'s claims.A the other Plex location was too far from our house making logistics impossible.BI emailed mr*** personnally Mr*** knew the refund was for my son Nicholas C Mr*** staff promised me a refund The staff told me the accountant was mailing out refund checks.D I called back several times identifying myself The staff took messages but MrA*** failed to return my calls.E I received my refund only with the Revdex.com's intercession supporting my claim that MrA*** Never intended to refund my money

order to train at our facility, knowing that we were going to close that location We did not do that at all; we have multiple locations and like in most of our locations, we have leases that aren’t in sync with all other facilities, meaning that a lease at one of our locations may end and we may or may not renew In either case, all of our programs are offered at all of our locations, and members aren’t subject to just the location They know that when they sign up at any of the locations At the location we are discussing, we intended to renew our lease, but in the middle of negotiating our lease, our landlord decided to raise our rent to a ridiculous amount, and we were forced to close This came to us in much surprise, but regardless, we offered to our members that they can continue to come to our other locations In Mr.*** case, he did not want to attend other locations, and he wanted reimbursement for his training sessions We accepted that and told him we would issue a reimbursement minus any sessions he had already attended Because the sessions were listed under his sons name, the person sending out reimbursement wasn’t able to find it and delayed reimbursement Since then, we have found the correct account and have issued him a check (via mail) for his unused sessions I hope this clears up anythingPlease feel free to contact me with any other questions you may haveDanny A*** Director
