Your employees need to learn customer serviceMy family had a very negative experience on May 2,The tow truck driver was very unprofessional and rude to my year old dad and wanted to argue with my whole familyI will tell any one that will listen not to use this companyI have never had my family in a time of need be treated so disrespectfully as they were this time

Bad customer service service. Employee threatened to keep my vehicle because I asked a question and he "did not like my tone".On Saturday, August 16th, my[redacted] was towed from [redacted]. I am a resident of [redacted] and was visiting my mother, who lives there. Admittedly, I did not see the new parking rule stating that visitors could only park in designated spaces. My truck was towed and I went to Oakley and Sons to pay the fee. One of the residents of the apartment told me to check my vehicle because they bumped a few times trying to lift it. When I arrived two males were standing outside. I told them that I was there to pick up my truck. I gave the gentle my credit car to pay the $100.00 fee. I told them that I needed to check it out because I was told that they bumped the truck while trying to connect it. He tried to give me my card back and said that "If I am going to question what he did, I can come back Monday and pay him $300.00." I said "excuse me" and he repeated himself. I told him that he cannot hold my vehicle if I have the money to pay him. He then told me that I should not question him if I want it back. I asked to speak with the owner and he said the he was the owner (I found out that he was lying). I took pictures of my vehicle because the back side of teh vehicle had separated slightly. When I mentioned it to him, he said that there was no damage and mumbled a comment to the second gentlemen and they both laughed. I asked him what he said and he ignored me. This young man was rude, disrespectful and dishonest. His customoer service skills are non-existent. He seemed to take pleasure in knowing that he had my vehicle and tried to use it to control my behavior. I was not combative, but I did have questions and he resented me asking questions.Desired SettlementAlthough I was unaware of my error and admitted it upon my arrival, I was bullied and threatened by this employee. He was rude and condescending. Because he knew that I was from another state ([redacted] tags), he threatened to keep my vehicle until Monday, which would also more than double the cost. I am having my truck checked by the dealership regarding the loose bumper, but this could have been handled in a more professional manner. Because of his lack of professionalism, I am asking for a full refund of the towing fee. Thank you.

My [redacted] was repod by oakley and son for my finance company. Upon recieving my vehicle many items had bee stolen,down to the change in ashtray.Items stolen from my consist of a laptop, ipod, boots and clothing, small jewelry n even the change or of the ashtrays. No inventory from from vehicle was taken which I was told should be mandatory during a repo. When I called about the issue I was yelled and cursed at by owner which would not state his name. The other company that had access to my vehicle provided me with inventory pictures to prove the items became missing while in the hands of oakley and son. Oakley and son would not hold a conversation with me to attempt to resolve this issue at all.Desired SettlementIm looking to have my items replace or be compensated for these missing items.
