I am very surprised to see this complaint.  I am the General Manager at Oakline Floors, Mr. [redacted] and I spoke and text multiple times so I am sure that he has my direct line, but I have not heard from him. I have not received an email from Mr. [redacted] requesting a refund.  Both our wood...

and tile superintendents walked the job and completed the punch list he gave us before he paid his balance on October 13th.  I have now sent an email to Mr. [redacted] requesting that he forward to me the emails he sent.  Carpet: Mr. [redacted] is correct, when my sales person ordered his carpet, the correct color was stated on the order but the Item number was incorrect and Mohawk sent Item # color and not the stated color.  Once we realized our mistake we offered Mr. [redacted] $1000.00 discount or to replace the carpet.  He first requested the $1000.00 discount and then 2 days later he changed his mind and requested for us to replace the carpet.  We ordered the carpet the same day and installed it as soon as it arrived at our facility.Hardwood Floors: I was unaware of any additional issues that needed attention after we addressed the touchups he requested on Oct 7thTile Floors: Oakline felt as it was a personal preference on how these tiles were laid, but we replaced the tiles as requested. I was unaware of any additional installation issues.Electrical: Mr. [redacted] was never charged to cap off the in-floor electrical line, as it was not in our scope of work. Our sales person told Mr. [redacted] he knew someone that could do it for him, and unfortunately that person did not show up. I have reached out to my office staff and superintendents to confirm that they have not spoken to Mr. [redacted] without my knowledge.  Should any of them have additional information that I am unaware of I will revise my statement on Monday when we return to the office. Thank you,[redacted]
