Review: ORDERED A BIRTHDAY CAKE AT CHRISTMAS TIME TO BE PICKED UP DECEMBER 20TH. SPECIFICALLY SAID NO CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS NONE REPEATED TO ORDER TAKER NO CHRISTMAS DECOR. ORDERED PINK ROSES TYPICAL BIRTHDAY CAKE. LATE THAT EVENING DISCOVEED THERE WERE POINSETTAS AND CHRISTMAS DECOR. CALLED SAT DEC 20TH 10:40 P.M. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO COME TO THEIR BAKERY THEY WOULD FIX. 10:40 PM THE NIGHT BEFORE MY PARTY?????????????????? THAT TIME OF NIGHT BEFORE MY PARTY?????????WANTED OWNER TO CALL ME THEY NEVER CALLED. I SPENT $150 FOR THE CAKE PLUS OTHER ITEMS.......NO CALL NO RESPSONSE. GUESS THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO WORRY ABOUT ME. JUST GUESS THEY ARE TOO BIG FOR THEIR BRITCHES. DISGUSTED THE ORDER TAKER IGNORED MY ORDER GUESS THEY JUST DONT CARE.Desired Settlement: APOLOGY..............REFUND...........
