After about week from ordering I received my order out of items I only received The reason being, items had been cancelled because they were on back order and items we not included in the order because they forgot to include themFirst of all I was never notified of the cancelled items until I received my order and after I had called them about the missing items which were totalAfter speaking they told me they would ship the missing items to meA day later still no confirmation email on the missing items and no refund for the cancelled itemsI call them back and the person I spoke with says she will process my refund and send me the missing items(The exact same thing the previous customer service representative said she would do)A day later still no refund or confirmation emailSo I contact *** and open up a caseThey respond telling me they would just send me a refund for all my missing items and not ship anything out to meFirst of all, they should have shipped my missing items to me days ago when I called themdays later they tell me they still haven't shipped anything out, AND still no refund for my cancelled itemsThey should have sent me the refund for the cancelled items the day they sent out my shipment, when they weren't included!
I should also add, they sent me the wrong invoice when I called to add items to my order which made the cost to me higher than what I should have paidI was careful to double check my totals and called them about itThey blamed it on a "clerical error" If you order from them, double check your items and your invoice
