Roof repair was complete, pictures were sent to management company [redacted] was very rude on the phone and demanding, we are very busy at the moment and she was told thatLast time we spoke was on Friday the 20th and she was told that the repair guy was on his way to take a look at the roof, she responded with well what do you call me for call the tenant! so I called the tenant to let him know the repair guy was on his wayThat same day she puts a complaint against my companyI don't think its fair because we had agreed on something and I thought we were ok to proceedAs for the roof it had holes which seem to have been made with a nail, normally we void warranty for such thing but we have a long term relationship with the homeowner so we will not do such thingI contacted the homeowner to let him know how we were treated by this management company, he was not happy about itI personally don't think its fair to have this on my Revdex.com profile, we work very hard to satisfy our customers and stay with an A+ ratingI hope she proceeds to remove this complaintI will attach pictures of the before and after of the roofThanks and have a nice day!Karla CEO, Oakridge Roofing Construction

I contacted the homeowner to let him know how we were treated by this management company, he was not happy about it. I personally don't think its fair to have this on my Revdex.com profile, we work very hard to satisfy our customers and stay with an A+ rating. I hope she proceeds to remove this complaint.
