Ms [redacted] did ask me to type up a letter of her payment history and I told her I could give her a print out of her payment history and to give me a couple of days to do that I never promised her the next day However, Ms [redacted] didn't want a print out of her payment history, she wanted a letter stating that she was current on her rent and had never been late paying her rent She stated that another company she does business with typed her up a letter stating that her payments were on time and never late I cannot give Ms [redacted] a letter like she wanted because Ms [redacted] does have late fees and returned checks with usMs [redacted] received a notice to vacate on 3/10/for a past due balance of $ Ms [redacted] knew of the $month to month fee because is was stated in her previous lease contract and Ms [redacted] has been billed in the past for month to moth fees due to her not renewing her lease Ms [redacted] stated in her complaint that we did not give her an option of paying the past due balance, which she did pay on 3/13/ The notice to vacate does state, "if you wish to discuss possible reinstatement of your right to continue living in the dwelling, please contact usMs [redacted] stated in her complaint that we would not receive calls through the answering service about her balance or the notice she received until Monday the of March The answering service is for after hour emergencies only, not for billing questions [redacted]

a letter stating that she was current on her rent and had never been late paying her rent.  She stated that another company she does business with typed her up a letter stating that her payments were on time and never late.  I cannot give Ms. [redacted] a letter like she wanted because Ms. [redacted] does have 27 late fees and 3 returned checks with us. Ms. [redacted] received a notice to vacate on 3/10/17 for a past due balance of $50.  Ms. [redacted] knew of the $25 month to month fee because is was stated in her previous lease contract and Ms. [redacted] has been billed in the past for month to moth fees due to her not renewing her lease.  Ms. [redacted] stated in her complaint that we did not give her an option of paying the past due balance, which she did pay on 3/13/17.  The notice to vacate does state, "if you wish to discuss possible reinstatement of your right to continue living in the dwelling, please contact us. Ms. [redacted] stated in her complaint that we would not receive calls through the answering service about her balance or the notice she received until Monday the 13 of March.  The answering service is for after hour emergencies only, not for billing questions. [redacted]
