I purchase the FAO Schwartz remote Control Hobby Racecar for my son for Christmas Of course my son couldn't wait to play with it so we tried to charge the re-chargeable battery that comes with it Well the battery wouldn't charge I contacted your customer service at ###-###-#### on Tuesday December **, Your customer service rep tried to put blame on everyone and everything except FAO Schwartz and their manufacturer So I told her I wanted to talk to corporate and she took down my info, had me send a picture of the product and told me that someone would be in contact with me either on Tuesday or Wednesday Well of course no one contacted me If I am going to pay $for a car, it better work My son was very disappointed and to act like FAO wasn't responsible, is ridiculous and unacceptable Obviously your products have some issues and instead of trying to address it, they aren't doing anything
