things out with Vosberg up until he hired an attorney. At that point it was turned over to my insurance company. The insurance Rep is [redacted]. Name and number are in the attached. I've been advised not to have any contact with Vosberg or his attorney..Again, these public forums are terrible. Consumers publish false claims, untruths and allegations. At that point the contractors reputation is damaged. It really doesn'tmatter what the truth is, the damage is done. Folks who read the stuff on Revdex.com just see there was an issue. The damage has already been done. That is exactly what Vosberg wants. To damage me with untruths. Revdex.com IS PLAYING IN TO HIS PLAN.I can not possibly see how Revdex.com can help me. It will just damage me further. Vosberg's attorney and my Insurance rep are working on it. Again Vosberg wants to damage me,because he's not getting his unreasonable desires met. The Revdex.com is helping him accomplish his goal.Please let me know if you receive this email. Thanks,There is much more to the story than Vosberg would have you believe. Oakvale Builders Inc. has been in business for close to 30 years. Oakvale has built a solid reputation in both MN and WI with satisfied customers.Oakvale Builders Inc. built a home for Vosberg starting in 2016. The project passed all inspections including the final. The Building Inspector at the final said it was the nicest home in Trenton Township. It truly is a high end home. Communication with Vosberg was average. There was some struggle with getting paid in a timely fashion. There were numerous changes throughout the project. At the end of the project a couple of issues arose. One was the drywall finishing. Vosberg was extremely picky. We finished to a level 3 with the plan of texturing walls.Vosberg decided he wanted smooth wall and then painted the walls with a grey paint. Vosberg was so picky that at times he couldn’t even find the flaws he was concerned with. The sun/light had to be just right at certain times of day etc. We spent a considerable amount of time and money [9,000.] out of our own pocket to try and satisfy Vosberg. We wanted him to be happy. The second issue was the wood floor. Vosberg hired us to install a wood floor that he purchased. There is in-floor heat in portions of this house. Fasteners for the floor could only be on top of floor joists. Otherwise the in-floor heating mechanism would be jeopardized. Vosberg hired a flooring consultant. Although the flooring was only an issue in some portions of the house, it was recommended by the consultant to remove all and start over including removing kitchen cabinets. The consultant’s recommendation was extreme. Most of what the consultant recommended was not needed. I had open communication with Vosberg up until he hired an attorney. We had spoken about his concerns and I told him we could work things out. I was told by my insurance rep not to visit with either Vosberg or his attorney. This situation is now being handled by my insurance rep. [redacted], Sr. Field Claims, 150 Camelot Dr. Fond Du Lac, WI 576-2438-5676 # [redacted]. He has made reasonable offers to settle with Vosberg. Vosberg seems intent on scoring a huge payday. There can be no other purpose. As was stated at the beginning, there is much more to the story. It’s unfortunate that Vosberg feels he needs to try and discredit me on a public forum. He has done this after hiring an attorney. Hopefully for both of us this situation can find closure. It is sad that forums like this highlight false and miss leading information. Once stuff like this gets out, the damage is done to the contractor.
