I am rejecting this response because: I am aware that I did not have a parking permitWhen my wife spoke to the manager about parking my truck on the premises because of a previous incident, she told me that it was ok and I could park my truck in maintenance parking space Later, my truck was tagged by the city and had to be moved within hoursYes, the manager did see that my truck was towed on the premises because at that time I did not know what was the problem with the truckIt was later determined that my truck needed a batteryApproximately days later, I had a battery installed in my truckTherefore, the problem was solvedTwo days later, my truck was towedWhen I spoke to the manager about why this happened, she first blamed the cityLater she finally said that she had the vehicle towed due to not having a parking permitMy wife and I owned other vehicles that are parked on the premises that have parking permitsTherefore, I am aware of the rules about parkingHowever, the manager gave me permission to park my vehicle on the premises

This vehicle was tagged by the city of Euless as abandoned,  The resident towed it on to the property meaning it was inoperable.   The reason this vehicle was towed from Oakwood Crest Apts was because it had no parking permit.  Oakwood Crest Apts requires all vehicles parked on...

property to have a parking permit and be operable at all times.  Our towing company has all the proper documentation along with photos of the missing parking permit if this is required for proof that this vehicle was not towed for the wrong reasons.
